Chad and I purchased our Dunescape condo in November of 2020. We completely renovated it, minus the hallway bathtub which will be replaced next year.
Chad and I are both originally from Louisiana and have always loved the water and the beach. We moved to North Carolina in 2006 and to New Bern in 2008 from Southeast Texas. As soon as we arrived we fell in love with the beaches in North Carolina. As we began to visit often, it was our dream to own a place in the Atlantic Beach area. We love this area and all it has to offer, it is uniquely situated so there is an abundance of activities to enjoy. See our before and after pictures
Condo Information
We want you to be familiar with the condo and the area before your visit. Planning your time here is essential since there are a number of places to visit, great restaurants to eat, and activities to enjoy while spending time in and out of the sun. Atlantic Beach and surrounding towns have much to offer all year long. We have created a book full of information that we hope will help you begin your exploration. Take day trips, fishing charters, rent boats and other watercraft. While there is no way to cover everything to do, our welcome booklet is the place to start. Access the booklet and other documents you will need during your stay.
