Chad and I purchased our Dunescape condo in November 2020 and completed a full renovation—leaving just a few original touches.
We’re both originally from Louisiana and have always had a deep love for the water and the beach. After moving to North Carolina in 2006 and settling in New Bern in 2008, we quickly fell in love with the beautiful coastline. From our very first visits to Atlantic Beach, we dreamed of one day owning a place here.
As we spent more time in the area, we knew we wanted to be even closer to the heart of it all. In 2024, we purchased our beach home located in the Atlantic Beach Circle. We loved spending our time listening to live music, visiting the local restaurants and shops, and getting to know the community—so much so that we decided to make it a bigger part of our lives. We renovated the downstairs apartment into a rental unit to share the experience with others.
We truly love both of our beach places, and each one offers its own unique coastal vibe.
